Key Responsibilities
Work directly with influencers to develop and refine creative content ideas for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Pitch content ideas based on current content trends.
Take creator-led ideas and transform them into fully realized, executable content.
Provide hands-on support in production, whether it’s scripting, structuring, or coordinating shoots.
Ensure smooth execution by keeping creators on track with deadlines, deliverables, and quality control.
Research and adapt content to trends, ensuring relevance while maintaining each influencer’s authenticity.
Communicate clearly and assertively to guide influencers through the creative process while keeping efficiency in mind.
Work with internal teams to align influencer content with campaign goals and industry best practices.
Requirements
Experience in content development, video production and social media creation.
Strong ability to translate rough ideas into polished, engaging content.
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects at once.
Assertive and proactive, capable of working with influencers to bring ideas to completion.
A keen eye for social media trends, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
A passion for the luxury, fashion, beauty and entertainment industries.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
